Mahakumbha Mela: On Tuesday, famous cricketer Anil Kumble took a holy bath along with his wife Chaitana Ramteertha who traveled by boat to the Triveni Sangam like a regular devotee.
Around 2 crore devotees have taken a holy dip in the Triveni Sangam till Wednesday evening in the Mahakumbha Mela being held in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj. the Uttar Pradesh government has informed, Since the beginning of the Mahakumbha Mela, about 46 crore people have bathed in the Triveni Sangam. The crowd is being controlled by deploying police at all places and the Mahakumbha Mela will conclude on the day of Mahashivaratri on February 26.
